Hanna Grace Designs provides custom designs as well as specially curated artists items from across the United States and Canada. As we stive to deliver a quick turnaround, typically within 5-7 days, some orders may arrive sooner or later based on local shipping situations. 

Shipping is included in the price of the item so you will be paying any additional shipping charges to receive your order. 

Hanna Grace Designs does not sell your information. We will use what we collect for purposes of shipping your order, coupons and marketing materials sent directly from us. 
When you place an order we do share your order details with our distributors as some items will ship from them directly. We only provide what is needed in order to ensure your order is received and is what you requested.  Hanna Grace Designs cannot guarantee anything that happens once your order details are sent to our distributors. We do however strive to work with reputable and reliable vendors and distributors. We believe in the important of your trust in us is and the importance of protecting our customers information.

Returns are generally not accepted due to the specific customization of some orders. If you have an issue with your Order, contact Hanna Grace Designs directly within 7 days of the product delivery and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that supports your case. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a free of charge reprint or refund. Some issues DO NOT qualify for return such as incorrect sizes ordered so we stress for you to review each products size details which are displayed below each product.
As products are unique and produced to the order, they are non-refundable. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that the order execution or order contents (products, shipping method, delivery and return addresses) cannot be further modified.  If the shipment details are incorrect, or if you have ordered the wrong size or color, Hanna Grace Designs cannot be held responsible. You may however submit requests for change of certain details, including address change or delivery method change. If upon review and a timely submission, our team will evaluate the request and at its discretion, if it is possible to make any correction, we will let you know and/or whether your request carries any additional costs.
After an Order is placed Hanna Grace Designs cannot guarantee that it will be possible to issue a full or partial Refund in case of canceled Orders.
